Shanghai Jinshan District Government announced today that Shanghai Xin Ling Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise based in the district, recently completed its XLT-1808 diesel fluid progression agent project.  According to the technical assessment committee, the proprietary product demonstrates a fine example of scientific excellence and technological industrialization, aiming ultimately to generate significant economic and social benefits.  At the end of the assessment, the project was accredited with a Category A high and new-tech industrialization of Shanghai.  

The XLT-1808 diesel fluid agent produced by the Jinshan-based high-tech company is an ideal product for diesel manufacturers as well as customers.  The agent is designed to increase production and optimize diesel quality, and is applicable to diesel products of different octane values.  According to the Shanghai Science and Technology Information Research Institute, this product represents a cutting-edge development of world technology.  An application has been submitted to the State Intellectual Property Office for accreditation.  Now a recommended product by China’s Sinopec, the agent has been used extensively under trial periods in many major Chinese petrochemical companies, showing identical or even better performances than similar products of foreign competitors.
