Jinshan Modern Agriculture Park is one of the minicipal agricultural parks in Shanghai and it aims at becoming the top class modern agricultural park in China even in the whole world.

In 2005, RMB 12 million was invested for the infrastructure construction in the area which used to be four villiages in the northwest of Langxia Town.

In 2006, another RMB 15 million has been invested to improve the supporting facilities of the large scale rice field to build it into a model agricultural park with high standard and quality.
