The Seagule Hotel was recently topped off and opened to public. It is the first five-star hotel in Jinshan.

The Seagule Hotel is the biggest and tallest building in the district with the largest afforestation rate. It has 22 storeys with a height of 106.6 meters and covers 41,722 square meters of floor space.
