Shanghai International Chemical Industry Service Center, located in Shanyang Town of Jinshan District, opened earth recently. It marks the start of a supporting infrastructure construction of Shanghai International Chemical Industry.

The first stage of the construction covers an area of 82.3 mu, in which ten buildings will be finished by the end of 2008. It can meet the requirement of Zhejiang investors after the Hangzhou Bay Cross-ocean bridge is open to traffic.
