Your complaint should include the following:
1. The parties to the
complaint;
2. Details of the facts and reasons supporting your complaint and
the action requested;
3. If the products and services in question come under
the authority of an industrial and commercial administration, you must prepare a
formal written complaint in duplicate. The administration will decide if
it can support your complaint and notify you in writing of its decision within
five working days of receiving your appeal.
