The State shall prohibit any foreign investment falling into any of the following categories:
(1) That endangering national security or public interest.
(2) That impairing the ecological environment and natural resources or harmful to human health.
(3) That occupying too much cultivated area, adverse to the protection and exploitation of land resource, or endangering the military establishment or its functioning.
(4) That applies traditional Chinese special technology and skills in production.
(5) That is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
Any company, enterprise, other economic organization or individual person shall not invest in any prohibited project.
