1. Three 2-inch photos are required for birth, educational background and work experience notarization;
2. Three 2-inch photos of each party are required for marriage notarization;
3. For notarizations involving a person from the United States or Taiwan, four 2-inch photos are required;
4. The photos should be either all black-and-white or all in color. One additional photo is required for each additional copy of the document.
